On Drugs:
Legalize pot, give addicts treatment, end war on drugs
I would work to end the failed "war on drugs", decriminalizing illicit drug use and retroactively legalizing cannabis. I would introduce guaranteed healthcare for all, including mental health, hospitalization/rehabilitation for drug addiction,
and cannabis prescription coverage. I would hold opioid producers criminally responsible for their crimes against humanity in the name of profit.

On Energy & Oil:
Enbridge-Line-5 pipeline should be permanently closed
Q: What is your position on the Enbridge Line 5 oil pipeline?A: I believe Line 5 needs to be permanently shut down.
No tunnel encasing it, and no replacement pipeline. Our Great Lakes are unique and valuable in this world- priceless. No oil company profits will convince me otherwise. It's ours to protect.

On Environment:
Invest in ways to prevent erosion and rising waters
Q: What steps will you take to ensure that water quality catastrophes similar to the Flint water crisis are prevented in Michigan?A: I would work to hold those responsible accountable for their destructive actions, and work to ensure resources and
funds are available to those affected.
Q: What about other water issues?
A: We need to invest in erosion fighting measures, and work to mitigate the cause of the rising water.

On Jobs:
Grow jobs in health, renewable energy, and infrastructure
My jobs program #HIRE (Healthcare, Infrastructure, Renewables & Education) focuses on 4 STEM-related professions. If we are to become fossil fuel free and provide healthcare & education for all, we will need
more healthcare providers, educators, engineers & skilled tradesmen. Growing these 4 areas will be beneficial to all as we go further into the 21st century.
